Hi all,
i am working full time for a firm as a programmer analyst here in the US but my background is BTech in Civil Engineering. The firm is essentially a transportation firm in the sense that it makes softwares for transportation companies and thats what i do.Also transportation is a part of civil engg.but my lawyer told me that for a post of programmer analyst i need a 4 year course in computer science or 12 year experience in it but i dont have neither of these.
So i was wondering how should i present my case to the INS and show them that i am capable of doing this job.should the job title and job duties be changed,if yes then can you plz suggest how.
I would really appreciate any possible help.
Thanks
