Urgent: Reactivating of cancelled H1B

Hi

I did apply for H1B in 2004 and my petition was approved and it was valid from 11/15/2004 – 12/31/2006 . But I never worked on that visa. The employer cancelled it in Feb 2006.

I came to US in November 2005 on L1 visa from another company. Is it possible for reactivating my old H1. If yes, could you please let me know the procedure.
