She can enter with her valid h4 visa stamping as long as you are in valid H1 status irrespective of your sponser.

I am in process of transfering my H1 visa. My wife is currently holding a valid H4 visa. She went to India a month back. Does she required to get new H4 stamped when my visa is transfered to new employer? Can she still enter into USA with her old visa? What documents she may have to carry if she can enter USA with her old visa (still valid).
