Hi all,
I filed my I140 and I485 one 2 months ago and did my Biometrics thing last month. I am planning to go back home “my country” and get married as soon as I get my travel permit paper, as I can’t go without it even though I have my H1B still valid. I know that I can add my wife to the I485 after getting married. The question is does she have to be here “in the US” to do so, or can she do that after she obtains here H4 from the embassy?
Please advise me.
