I am here on a H4 visa and know that I cant work. But came thru a online job site which is about collating data. Does anyone know wether I need a H1 to work from home too ? Please help !

Hi,

H4 visa is not a work visa, by no means. If you are making money and if the USCIS comes to know of, by any means, you will be putting yourself and your H1B spouse, in jeopardy, especially if you are planning for Green card.

No comments on the so calle online jobs.
