H1 Vs L1

Here is my case. I have H1 stamping done through company A, My company which is a big financial institute in US is trying to file L1 for long term assignment (1-2 yrs).

1.Will my H1 gets cancelled if L1 is approved and stamped?
2.If my H1 gets cancelled or i have to cancel H1, if i intend to travel on L1 through my present company, Can i transfer from L1 to currently approved H1?
3.If current H1 is cancelled can i file for H1 again with out subject to h1 cap limit?

Yes,you can transfer your status from L-1 to H-1B.
