H1B Visa stamped in Jan 2007. Planning to travel to US now

Hi,
I got my H1B visa stamped in India in January 2007 and I did not travel to US till now. Now I'm planning to travel to US. If I get a new offer letter from the US employer, would that be enough or do I need to do anything else (like Visa revalidation etc). Please help me.

Your existing visa is fine as it is. A recent offer letter from the employer and the I-797 copy should suffice.
