Can we start a thread on block listed companies like who are charging money for H1b,H1b transfer , who are not paying salaries,who are holding the consultants in illegal manner . This will help everyone who are visiting this Forum, so that they will avoid these companies and will be safer . Need suggestions from senior Members on this ..

Not a good idea as the immihelp website owners will get involved in Cease and Desist notices and libel lawsuits if the owners of the company names posted can afford to hire a lawyer and send a notice.

There are other places on the internet that one could find such info.

Most H1B workers are unaware of their rights and are thus exploited. Under DOL guideleines, not paying on bench and charging for H1B fee is illegal.I am providing you list of all DOL cases in the link below

It will be great if you can promote this DOL link so that poor workers have better understanding of their rights and can feel encouraged to file complaint with DOL if needed.
