Working outside US

I am on H1B and working here for last 2 years. Now Our company has got a new project and I have to go to a foreign country over a period of 1 year and work there as part of the project. My Salary will be credited in US and I will get the full expenses paid by the company for the stay.

I would like to know whether staying outside US and working will cause any legal complications to my H1 status and continuing working in US after 1 year.
