H1 Revalidation-Withdrawing Application

Does any one have an ieda about how much time it take to get the passport &o ther documents back from DOS after requesting a H1-B revalidation withdrawal..

It took 1 week for me. If you apply after 4-5 weeks of your submission of Revalidation request, there are high chances you may get your VISA stamped as my friends collegue got their VISA stamped after applying for withdrawal application.

is this some kind of new idea/trick to get the revalidation done faster by applying for withdrawl after applying. Pl answer. I need revalidation done

1. I want to know how many days it looks for your h1 revalidation.
My application was received by DOS on April 02, 2002. when can I expect to have the visa+passport.

2. I have used only one passport size photograph, ie pasted it to DF-156 form. Did not attach any extra passport photos? is this ok?
