I and my family is in US on H1b and H4 respectively and having a valid visa stamped in passport that is expiring on Oct 2008. I have recently changed my job and now I only have a receipt of my application for H1 transfer and extention. I have also started my new job three months back.
My family wants to visit India and will come back before Oct 2008(before expiring the stamped visa). Since I have changed the job, do my family need to apply for new visa based on petition of new employment. Or they can travel on their existing visa that is based on my previous employment.
