URGENT PLEASE H4 Visa H1 Expires on 14th APril

I got married on 15th March. i have my H1b Valid till 14th April 2002. Is it possible that she will be getting her h4 visa if she goes on 1st april will all the necessary documents?

Are there any minimum validity on principal h1 as to it should be valid for atleast 2 months or so?
