H1b - When B1 visa will be cancelled

Hi,

I have applied for H1 in 2009 cap. I have 10yrs B1 multiple entry visa. I want to know when my B1 visa will be cancelled:
1. Upon getting h1 stamped on passport.
Or
2. At the port of entry. In this case, will imgration officer give me option to enter in US on B1 and do not cancel h1.
