    Labor filed, H1 extn. beyond 6 yrs

    My labor was filed in May 2001, and my H1 is expiring in June 2002.

    Can I apply for 1 yr. H1 extension in this case?

    It has not been 365 days since my labor was filed. Can I file for 1 yr. H1 extension now with safe period of 3 months for H1 extensions? Or will have to wait till exactly 365 days for filing H1 extension?
