Hello friends
My wife xfered from H4 to H1 and she does not have H1 VISA stamping. We are planning to go to INDIA for vacation.
To get H1 VISA stamping on her passport, we are planning to go to CANADA.
My questions:
1) How safe is it to go to CANADA for stamping especially after 09/11.
2) Is it a good idea for third country nationals to go to CANADA/MEXICO.
3)Is there any possibility that they(CANADA/MEXICO) may tell us to go to our own country to do the H1 VISA stamping or refuse the VISA itself.
