H1 Revalidation - is it ok to send gray i-94 not white one

Hi,

Recently, while I was reentering US, INS authority didn't issue a new I -94, so, I applied for replacement of I-94, and I got the new I-94, but this is not the white card, it is the one which comes with H1 transfer. Now, I want to send my Passport for revalidation of H1 visa, my question is , Is it ok to send this gray I-94 replacement that I got recently or do I need to do anything else?
