I live in california my h1b got expired in sep 30 2007, i now have another 3 years of extension paper with me till oct 2010. Now i plan to go for stamping (along with my wife who has h4 papers valid till Oct 2010) in Tijuana Mexico,
1) How soon can i get appointment?
2) What are the steps/procedures involved for taking online appointment?
3) What all documents do i need to carry for Interview?
4) Do i need to have mexican visa stamp on my Passport? if yes, then
5) What type of visa do i need to have?
6) Where to approach to get the mexican visa?
7) what about PIMS for Tijuana. Please let me know.
