About Stamping H1 Visa

Hi,
I got my new h1 visa(this is a second one) on july this year.
My old visa was terminated by my previous employer.
so i applied for my new visa.
I applied 1 month after my termination from my previous employer(job termination).
so i don't have paystub for 1 month.
will i have problem getting my new visa stamped?
also will it be easy if i do my stamping through post here or it will be easy if i go to india and do stamping?

About stamping

You should have no problems at the consulate with H-1B visa stamping.

Unfortunately, as of today, going to Canada/Mexico is no longer an option for TCN (Third Country National).
