Help.... L1 expired, H1 waiting

Hello,
My L1 just expired yesterday. My company has applied for H1 and I already have the LIN #, but not approved yet. I am just waiting for the approval.
Could anyone help me if I am OK to stay in US ? My I-94 also has expired along with the visa. What steps I/Company need to do have the rightful status ? Am I out of status or anything like that ? Please help. All your help will be greately apprecieated.

You should be OK, as long as your H1 was filed before L1 expired.
