I was here in USA for a company "A" since last 2.5 year. Visa & I-94 for "A" was expired on 1-OCT-01. I filed a transfer for company "B" just before 1-OCT-01 and now I am on the payroll of company "B" with visa in transfer process (Not yet approved).
Now I have an offer from Company "C". How can I join company "C"? (My passport is having an expired visa of company "A" and expired I-94 on 1-OCT-01)
Please suggest me, I would appreciate any help from you guys.
