Urgent!!! Reagarding old petition withdrawn

Hi,

Last year applied for H1B visa, but my case is still in Admin Processing.This year also i

got my Reciept number(i.e... EAC number), i want to go with this year petiton.

Here are my questions

1) How can i withdrawn my old petition?, if so how can i withdrawn old petition?
2) Is there any problem if i withdrawn the old petition for my visa interview with new

petition?
3) what are the questions they may ask regarding old petition in the visa interview?

Thanks for your reply, if i will not withdraw, interviewer may ask the Questions about the old petition. How will i face the situation.
