    please look into it :

    Hi :

    One of my friends got his H1 Papers 3 months ago and his empoyer is not sending him the papers for Visa Stamping.

    His employer says that...he will send him the papers at the appropriate time...

    Question is : Till what time one can go to Consulate for Visa Stamping after getting his H1 papers ( 3 months or 6 months).

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
