Question on H4 VISA

Hi,

I need to bring my wife to US on H4 Visa in December early week.
However the customary marriage is yet to happen in Nov,but the court marriage is already been done beforehand.

My question to this forum is :-

1. Whether she can get her VISA stamped beforehand on the basis of COURT Marriage Certificate.

2. How much is the risk involved if we stick to the point that we are not going to get married according to Hindu customs, although we will at the time of VISA stamping, as this can eliminate the neccessity of having marriage album and photo related stuff

As far as what I learn is that court paper ( did you mean also the register marriage) is one of the most acceptable documents as a proof of marriage.

I still wonder why the consulate wants the 'wedding album' when it could still be done digitally by any 'photoshop guy' these days.

Courage and consult the seniors.
