Hi All,
My H1 is expiring on 15th Sept 2001 and I have filed for extension in June 2001. I have also filed for AOS in late July 2001. What happens if the extension does not come through before visa expires? Can I stay on after H1 expires? Will it have any effect on my GC processing?
