H1 B transfer, traveling to India

I am currently on H1-B with company A, valid till May 2009. I got an offer from company B who will now apply for H1B transfer. I will quit company A May 30(say) and start with company B July 1 (say). In between, can I leave the country to travel to India? Will there be any problems for re-entry?
