prevsiouly rejected for tourist visa now applying for h1

hi i was rejected for tourist visa in aug 2004,
now my h1 is approved and i will be applying for h1 visa . would there be any problem any one please gudie me

No problem as long as the tourist visa was not rejected for fraud or misrepresentation.
