H1B transfer approved and urgent trip to india

I am on H1B and my new employer had applied for H1B transfer. I have just received the approved 797. Due to some urgent work, I have to go to India for a week. While coming back, should I use the 797 from the new employer (which will extend my stay for another year) or should I use petition of my previous employer. If I want to use the 797 of my new employer, do I need to get stamping from India or should I just show the approved 797 at immigration while using the stamped H1 visa from my previous employer. I still have to join the new employer after coming back from India.

You need to show the approval notice from the current employer (new) and if the visa from old employer is valid, no new visa is needed.
