Two H1 B picked in lottery....

Hi ,

I aaplied H1 b in 2007, it got picked but I it was denied later... I dont know why it happened, i tried to contact my employer he din responded,

Now in 2008 I applied my new H1 B from a different employer, it got picked, but later my old employer called me saying my H1 B got picked in lottery... this means that i have 2 H1 B picked in the lottery on my name,

I heard that in such cases both the petitions will be rejected... Is that true ?


Please help me I donot know what to do now... i am very much worried about this.

Both petitions could be approved. Pick one and go with it to stamping.

How was the 2007 denied first and then approved? Sounds like some ***** to me.
