I am really confused and badly need a answer for my
question. I hope somebody will help me by answering this question.
I got termination from my Employer on jan-19-2001
and they told me I have only 10 days to get the new job as well as
file the H1 transfer because they withdraw my h1 on the same day. I got an offer from another employer within 10 days after 19th jan 2001 but
they (new employer)send my paper to INS after
Feb 2nd. In this case, any chances forn H1 transfer rejection? denied?
due to this date time limit....
