  • 221(g) green and now visa rejection

    Hi Friends,

First I was issued 221(g)-green by New Delhi Embassy and now the Embassy has sent me a post stating that my visa is rejected quoting " ur petitioner doesnt appear to be either able to or willing to provide qualifying employment in the US in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations " as reason. is it my mistake or my consultant's mistake ??

will my consultancy give back my money to me bcz its not my mistake, in case if doesnt give back my money can i contact US Embassy ??

plz help me out in this.

    regards

It is your fault as it is illegal to pay for a H1b. Did your employer provide money back option when you paid?

This is exactly the cause of your denial. Someone like you has complained that the employer is not following the laws and hence has resulted in the denial. Any employer that collects H1b money is shady.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
