Question on Dependant Visa

Hi,

I have a couple of questions regarding dependant VISA.

a. My wife got a new passport since she got her name changed, so in DS-156 and DS-157 new Passport No should be given or old one?

b. Also our marriage certificate in in Hindi so do i need to get it translated and get it notorized?

---- If you are filling the forms for the first time enter the new Passport no.The old Passport is just an antique now, unless there are Visas stamped on the Passport

b. Also our marriage certificate in in Hindi so do i need t, unless there are Visas stamped on the Po get it translated and get it notorized?

---- Yes, have the certificate translated into English, if not notarized(this may not be very important)
