travel with AP
hi
i got my h1b approved in 2007 and havent used it .i got my h4 extension approved recently.i just had the petition and dosent have stamping in my passport. what will be my status now? will my h1 be cancelled automatically or do i need to cancel it.
i also had my AP.can i go to canada on that AP.will that anyway effect my h4 status?
my husband had his h1b extention pitition in hand but had no stamping.if he travels anywhere with AP will his h1 be affected and what will be the process to remain his h1 status.
