H1 Stamping when petition is valid for only few months

I am on H1B for last 7.5 years. I have got 3 H1B stamping done on my passport so far. My current H1B visa stamp expired on Jan 16, 2008.

I plan to travel to India in Nov 2008 and get H1B visa stamp. My current H1B is valid until 16 Jan 2009.

Do you see any issue with getting visa stamped in Nov 08 when my H1B petition is expiring in Jan 09?

Unless ...

... you have a stamped VISA in your passport, you cannot re-enter United States.

If you have to travel now, then you HAVE to get your passport stamped with the valid visa.

No choice to the best of my knowledge, belief and understanding.
