Re validation for clean duplicate passport

Can I revalidate my H-1 in Canada on my clean duplicate passport which was issued after the original was damaged . This passport does not have the first stamping. I have copies of my old passport with stamping as well as my original old I-94. The old I-94 expiry date is Nov 00 but I have my H-1 extension. The first visa as well as my extension is from the same company. I want to know if I can go to Canada to get the revalidation. Could somebody please reply. This is urgent.
