Hi Everyone.
My oversmart lawyer mis-spelt my name on the H-1B petition and sent it to the INS without running the final copy by me. I am changing from OPT to H-1B. Please let me know if this is going to have an adverse affect on the approval. Also, in case I do get the visa, will it be a problem when I go to India and apply for a re-entry visa. The mistake is not major. They have added an extra letter in my last name.
I would really appreciate some help.
