H1-H1 Transfer

I have some questions regarding H1B transfers and status.
I am on H1B visa in status with Company A . I am planning to join Company B. Co B is ready to file H1B, as per the S-2045 I can join Company B, after filing for transfer. My question is, what happens if Company A goes out of business during transfer process ( after filing) ? In this situation will I be out of status since H1B is on Company A, can I still work for Company B or have to stop working with Company B and wait till transfer is complete?

After company B files H1 transfer and you start working there, whatever happens to company A is irrelevant.
