which form comes with appointment letter..? what's the I-20?

which kind of form comes with visa interview appointment letter after getting interview appointment? DS-156 & DS- 157 ? I think these 2forms want's to fill before appointment for interview? that form we have to fill, I read all General info & overview but I dont get idea, pls suggest me name of that form. and what's the I-20 form?

I asked about H1B , oh I-20 is for students.. thanks because I read that I - 20 have to fill if applicable but don't know about it.. thanks...
