I Don't think they can mess with her Comoany A's H-1..Only down side of this is you have to convince Company B why you don't want to join now(after approval).

URGENT H1 B Transfer
My wife works for a Company A on H1 and had applied for another job thru company B. Company B applied for her H1 transfer and approval may be coming in few days.
She does not want to join the company B due to our personal circumstances. Can she just ignore the Approval from Company B?
Can company B mess up with her current visa status from Company A?
Can she simply tell company B that she is not interested in their offer anymore?
