F1 ---- H1 visa

My wife was came to US on F2 visa and then got F1 visa ( passport was not stamped) and has now H1 visa.

To get H1 visa stamping on passport, is it advisable to get in home country or can one go to toronto/ vancouver or mexico.

Which of the either place is convinient to get the passport stamping.

She can go to Canada/Mexico if she has never been out of status.
