H1 to F1 and back to H1

Im an H1B visa holder and planning to do Full -Time MBA, for which i have to convert to an F1. However once im done with my MBA, can i switch back to H1 again without going through the lottery system?

Yes, you can provided you have not used all the 6 years of the H1b.
