The white I-94 you got when you entered USA and the one in the I-797 which you got at the time of H1 transfer has the same number.
You can just submit the I-94 which is on bottom right of your I-797 for your latest H1 approval.

Lost I-94
Please help in resolving my puzzle.
I lost my I-94 which was given to me at the time of entry into USA. Recently I changed my company. At the time of applying for H1-H1 transfer, the company had applied for a duplicate I-94 through I-102 form. My H1 is approved and I got the I-94 which is at the bottom of I-129.
My question is , when I leave the country, is the slip(I487 or I497)( which comes along with the I129) enough or do I need to submit the white one which I do not have with me.
