I agree with you i have checked on given website fees is $320 but i want to change status of my visa H4 to H1B. but there is no any word about change visa status they talking about I-129 which is my H1B patition which i will get in october then how to process it Kindly guide me what and how i go through and can you explain it in depth

You have been told that I129 has to be amended with the right boxes checked. Talk to your employer or lawyer.
