Folks,
can some one please tell me how long will it take for RFE case, with premium procesing. When my papers were submitted , USCIS send me a email, stating that, the whole petition process takes 15 days,
My case
1) Petition submitted for H1 tranfer on 9 July 2008.
2) RFE received on 16th July 2008
3) My future employer, had send them all the deatils lets say by 21 July 2008, will that 15 days still hold true? OR they will take their own time ? Any idea ?
