Transfer H1 before get visa stamping

Hi,

I have appliend H1 on current year throught X company and status was pending. Now i got offer in Y company. is that possible transfer H1 to Y company before i go for visa stamping?

Now i am in USA with B1 visa. My X company applied for my H1 and status is pending now. Meantime i got offer from Y comany. So is that possible to join in Y comany and transfer my H1 it it approved.
