  • I-94 back side "Record of Changes"

The previous thread was already so long. So, starting this new thread for a small clarification. Is it necessary to have info “Record of Changes” when you enter on new I-797 with the new employer with old valid visa stamped? I have been issued a new I-94 exp date matching with the new employer’s petition exp date. However, CBP officer has not written anything on the back side of I-94. I did also mention this to him and he said it’s not necessary.

    Appreciate our experts comments! Thanks

      Yup, that's right ...

... this is not required. It doesn't matter.

      Don't worry about it.

      Take care.
