  • H1B Transfer while in India

I am sure somewhere in this forum this topic would have been discussed. However, i need specific information.

Background - I am currently in India working for 'Company A'. I have H1B petition and visa stamped for 'Company B'. I have never joined 'Company B' in India. I have not traveled on my current H1B to USA.
I have got 'Company C' who is ready to file H1B transfer while i am in India.

    Question
    1. Can Company C file H1B transfer for me while i'm in India?
    2. Do they require any pay stub from me?
    3. If my Petition for 'Company C' gets approved, do i need to re-stamp my VISA with Company C name?
    4. Can i enter in USA with 'Company C' approved petition and visa stamped with 'Company B' name?

Do let me know your responses at the earliest. Also suggest me an attorney (good one, i am ready to spend) who will give perfect legal advice.

    Regards
    -Brutus

Your specific case is not so specific but generic. Like you said, the info is available on the forum and immihelp FAQs. refer to it.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
