How long USCIS wil take for correction in Aprroval notice of H1B

Hi all,

Before 30 days I have got my h1b approval, but when i saw it, there are 2 mistakes, 1 is my name is printed wrong and 2 is my birth date.
I have contacted my consultant and my consultant contacted USCIS for correction but yet we haven't got corrected approval notice.

So how long USCIS takes to correct H1B approval notice ?
and also there is following to join benificiery petition pending in which I am benificiery of my parents I-140, will it make any difference to h1B processing and visa??

I would highly appreciate your comments/suggestion..

I think USCIS got it correct for free within a month time limit as per my knowledge.

H-1B is dual intent visa. You do not need to show no immigration intent for approval. The main issue is validity of job offer and your credentials.

I had the similar problem that my I-797 date of birth was completely wrong.
I had informed my employer. He said its attorney's mistake and they have applied for an amendment.

He said it will couple of weeks.But i think it will take minimum 1 month.
