I applied for COS from H4 to H1 and provided I-94 information to USCIS. Then I was out of US and came back before the petition got approved. But the I94 that was submitted for COS with petition was replaced with a new I94 when I reentered US. After i came back to US H1 petition got appproved. Now do I need to inform USCIS about my new I94. Not sure how the COS would work..Please help me and let me knwo if I need to notify USCIS of my new I94, and if yes, let me know how I would do that
