L1 to H1 **** *Please Respond **** **

Hi,

I am working for L1 since 2 months. My H1B got approved without COS. I need to go to India on December, when I am back I need to work for L1 until my employeer (who has applied H1B visa) shows job to me. Is this possible? and when I need to do H1B stamping after I get a job with Company B(H1 B Visa)?

Please Advice.

Well, if they processed your H1b, you already have a job with that company. They need to pay you as soon as you enter on H1b to work for them. That is the law!

When you want to get a visa stamp depends on when you want to join your employer as the L1 visa will likely get canceled if you go for H1b stamping.
