Hi there,
I need help about my wife’s traveling in to the USA.
My wife was here with me on H4, and went to India for vacation. The H4 visa is from my previous employer “ABC company”, which is valid till Nov 10th 2009.
Now I changed to the new employer "XYZ".My visa is extended till Sep 2011, and I book the appointment for H1 stamp in Mexico in Septmeber 2 nd week(right now the stamp is till Sep 31 2008).
As she is planning to come back in to USA in the month Novemebr:
1. Does she need to go for H4 - VISA stamping again in Chennai??? As she has her H4 visa from my old emploer “ABC company”???
2. Can she come on the current visa with my new I-797, (and with some prepared documents from new employer XYZ)
3. Or, Do I need to go Mexico for my H1B Visa stamping before she comes here???
